I am looking for someone who wants to work hard and build the skills to learn how to weld and fabricate gates, fences, retaining walls, planters for homeowners and businesses. If you do not have the raw skills, but have the initiative and desire to learn, I will train you. This position involves heavy lifting, working outdoors when it is hot and cold, following directions and processes to achieve attention to detail and safety protocols. This position is not for everyone, but it will build a skill set that is highly in demand and can become a lucrative and rewarding career for the right person.
