Full-Time Assembler and Inventory Technician is needed for a growing real estate company. Responsibilities include cabinet assembly, kitting parts for various stages of the process, inventory tracking, recording of checking in/out of material transactions, receiving parts, put-away. Ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, strong in communication skills, and able to easily follow instructions and timelines. Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and with a team while maintaining integrity. Position Details: -Full-time (40 hours/week) -Pay range: $15-$18/hour (based on experience, references, and degree of applicable skills) Benefits: -Medical & Dental Health Insurance -401K -Accrued PTO & sick time -Paid Holidays Requirements: -Skill in Word/Excel and basic computer skills are a must -1 Year Mechanical Assembly experience using small hand tools in a production environment is required -2 Year Inventory handling experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal -Valid Driver’s License -Reliable source of personal transportation -Operable smartphone -Cabinet assembly experience is a plus -Stone-cutting experience is a plus -Clean background is required to qualify for the position Duties and Responsibilities: -Assemble Cabinets and hardware per the work order list -Receive, process, and record incoming shipments of supplies and materials -Assemble material kits based on BOM’s and transact them in the inventory management software -Maintain Inventory accuracy of 98% or higher -Communicate and follow up for material purchasing needs with project managers -Clerical duties including data entry and maintenance of files and records -Basic stone-cutting of pre-fabricated material as needed per work orders -Deliver items to sites in the field when an urgent need arises Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 pounds with ease: carrying, pushing and/or pulling; some climbing; some stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling; and significant reaching, fine finger dexterity; frequent standing and often for long periods of time; walking, and sitting, and lifting heavy loads Tools & Equipment: Use of standard handyman power tools Contact: Please call or text 520-279-0534 to begin the application process for this position The company may revise this job description from time to time, as business needs require.
