Rehoming black lab puppy

We have recently purchased a black lab puppy and he is about 4 months old. He is very smart and potty trained I got the puppy for my children but he’s been very rough and aggressive with them since we brought him home. He does growl and bite them occasionally and the kids are too scared to be around him. We have tried training him at home but his aggression towards the kids hasn’t changed. We walk him and excerise him daily but we don’t have a yard for him to run free and I’d really like to find someone with the home and time for him he deserves. We have a kennel and some small things we can also give away. I’m not looking to make any money, I just genuinely want him to go to a good home with a family that has the time and ability to give him a good home. He is currently being treated for kennel cough and has one week left on his medication
