$150 for mock trial participation

A San Jose law firm is recruiting for upcoming mock trial focus groups. You will listen to details of a real legal case and provide input. We're paying $150 for a 4 1/2 hour commitment. The small focus groups will be conducted IN-PERSON in a 1,000+ sq. foot hotel conference room near the San Jose airport. The first focus group will be held Friday, October 1st from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place however participants assume all inherent risks for any possible COVID exposure. Each in-person participant will be paid $150, in cash, at the completion of the focus group. Failure to provide proof of vaccination will result in dismissal from the focus group, without compensation. If you are interested in participating, as we're trying to select a diverse group of individuals reflective of Santa Clara County jurors. The legal cases will impact real people and companies. As such, only applicants who are thorough in their responses will be considered. Your responses to this questionnaire will be 100% confidential.
