Project Details: Building Maintenance / Facilities Engineer (Category 2) • Break/Fix Experience  • Previous experience in a hospital setting a plus, but not required • Certifications in any of the Main areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) a plus, but not required  Sample work areas: ·       HVAC – repair/maintenance of air handlers ·       Plumbing – basic knowledge and ability to repair ·       Electrical – working knowledge of up to 3p 480v is preferred but not required  ·       BMS – working knowledge of Building Management Systems ·       Fire alarm/sprinklers – working knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and basic repairs ·       Boilers and cooling towers – working knowledge of mechanical systems ·       Generators – working knowledge of generator systems   Shifts:  8-12 hours per day (8 hours @ regular business hours; possibly 4 hours @ overtime).   Must be onsite at least 3 consecutive days. This includes the orientation/training day   Category 2 Resource different work areas – You will only be given repair tickets for areas they feel comfortable working on.
