Healdsburg Inn on the Plaza is a boutique hotel of 12 rooms located in the center of Healdsburg, across the street from the Plaza. We are seeking a part-time general maintenance person to help us one day each week (we can be flexible on which day for the right person - Monday through Thursday). Preferably this individual will live close by and be available on-call for emergency situations. Experience and skillset required. Tasks will include the following items: -Touch up patching and painting -General plumbing repairs -Minor electrical repairs -Building maintenance to include gutter cleaning, power washing, etc. -Cleaning ceiling fans, bathroom fans, high light fixtures, etc. -Replacing bathroom fans and other small electrical appliances -Lock repairs -Sweeping or blowing parking lot -Assisting in lifting heavy objects such as furniture, mattresses, etc. -Other duties as assigned
