PANAMA CITY, FL — Reports of an active shooter at the Tyndall Air Force Base near Panama City, Florida, Tuesday morning turned out to be false. It was an active shooter drill, WMBB reported. Law enforcement agencies in the area apparently weren't aware of the planned drill, as several responded to the scene believing a gunman was on the base.
