CHIMNEY CLEAN AND DRYER DUCT COMPANY is looking to hire employees who live in the South Bay. We are a professional company in our 31st year in the South Bay area. Our positions are 40 hours/week – Tuesday through Saturday. No prior experience with chimneys or dryer ducts is needed, but basic mechanical ability with ladders, hand tools and power tools is preferred. We will train you on chimneys and dryer ducts with our training program while you get paid. The basic requirements are: * You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * You have to be able to legally work on a ladder with an OSHA weight limitation of 220 pounds while carrying 20 pounds of equipment (this means you must weigh 200 pounds or less). * You must be able to carry about 20 pounds up a ladder onto a roof. * You must be comfortable with moderate heights (one story, two story and a few three story roofs). * You must be drug free. Because we work at heights, we cannot hire anyone who cannot pass a standard pre-employment drug test. This includes cannabis or any such derivative. * You must have strong communication skills and be willing to interact with customers. * You must be willing to work Tuesday through Saturday (we take Sundays and Mondays off).
