Join The Black Paradise Project and Outdoor Afro this Saturday for a hike through Wissahickon Park, watercolor activity, and s'mores treat. This is a FREE activity for Philadelphia's Black community. Space is limited. RSVP to reserve your spot! The Black Paradise Project is a collaborative concept created by visual artist Yannick Lowery and counseling psychologist Dr. Kimberly Ashby. With support from Mural Arts' Porch Light program and the City of Philadelphia's Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services, the Black Paradise Project will partner with Black-owned businesses, organizations, and individuals to host monthly joy-based events.
