CONCORD, MA — A water main break in Concord sparked a 2-hour delay for Concord Middle School students Tuesday morning. The water main break was reported just before 7 a.m. in the area of Baker Avenue, and police say residents near the area may experience low water pressure to none at all while the break is being fixed. Parts of Baker Avenue will be closed until the main is repaired. The Town of Concord says water may be discolored for some residents, but most customer water should be restored with the exception of several customers on Macintosh Lane and Baker Ave. They urge customers without water, discolored water, or other questions to call the Water and Sewer Division at 978-318-3250.
