Seeking family to join our nanny share. My partner and I are looking for another family to join our nanny share. We already started solo working with our nanny. So, we're looking for a share-family ASAP. Our daughter Z is ~5 months old, and we're looking to share with another child of similar age, somewhere in the range of 3 to 8 months. We could be flexible with the age range. But, I would ultimately like to make sure that our nanny was comfortable with any age differences. Our nanny is fully vaccinated for Covid, she's CPR certified, and comes with excellent references/referrals. She has worked extensively as both a nanny and in a daycare center. Currently, we're receiving full-time care and would like to share with a family also requiring full-time care, but happy to talk through specific details, hours, etc. if you're interested or need something slightly different. We both work from home. We have space to host the nanny share at our place but would be interested in alternating which family hosts. If you're not able to host, we could be open to hosting full-time. So, happy to talk through the details of your situation.
