NORWALK, CT — Police have released a list of roads scheduled to be closed during the SoNo Half Marathon taking place this weekend. During the marathon Sunday, the following roads in Norwalk are closed: Water Street, from Hanford to Haviland, CLOSED 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.Washington Street CLOSED 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.Ann Street CLOSED 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.N. Water Street CLOSED 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.N. Main Street CLOSED 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.S. Main Street, from Monroe to Washington, CLOSED 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.Stroffolino Bridge CLOSED 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.Marshall Street CLOSED 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.Seaview Avenue East Bound CLOSED 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.East Avenue to Cemetery Street CLOSED 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.East Avenue, from Cemetery to Seaview, CLOSED 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.No west bound traffic on Fort Point past Van Zant Street 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.No north bound traffic on Flax Hill Rd past Taylor Avenue 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.No south bound traffic on Cove Avenue 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.Police also advise travelers to expect delays on: Dr Martin Luther King Jr Drive - 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.Wilson Avenue - 8:40 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.McKinley Street - 8:45 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.Roton Avenue - 8:45 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.Highland Avenue - 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.Michael Street - 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.Soundview Avenue - 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.Flax Hill Road - 9:10 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.Cemetery Street - 9:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.According to police, Martin Luther King Jr Drive will have one lane coned off for runners. "Please pay attention to signs," police said in a news release, "and stay in your designated lane." Anyone who lives, works or is visiting any cross street of the above mentioned roads is strongly advised to give themselves extra time to arrive at their destination, as delays are expected.
