I-502 Entry Level Garden position. Full Time (Seattle) Garden Position: Seeking a highly motivated growers assistant for an indoor i502 licensed cannabis farm. We are a rapidly growing business located in Seattle, Wa. This position is a minimum of 5 days per week and may require overtime (paid time and a half) during busy harvest periods. Cultivation Operations: Help with the overall operations of the indoor grow associated propagation rooms to ensure 3 day turnaround time between crops. This includes: cleaning/disinfecting, pruning/cloning, watering, administering nutrients, building/maintaining irrigation, any general grow construction Maintain our extensive strain library and help produce clones Help ensure compliance in the garden Garden Qualifications: Self starter, independent thinker/problem solver, old school work ethic, acute troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment Ability to regularly lift greater than 40lbs Ability to work in high temperature/high humidity environments for long periods of time Willingness to help in developing and enforcing SOP’s for implementation in new and existing cultivation facilities Construction experience is a major plus A team player who is able to effectively listen and execute instructions given to them is a requirement Must be 21 years of age or older.
