BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — An 11-year-old is missing, and authorities are asking for help finding him. He may be in Baltimore City or Baltimore County, according to officials. Karon Morris, 11, lives in the 9600 block of Philadelphia Road in Baltimore County, police said. He was last seen walking in the area of Mount Street and Laurens Street in Baltimore around 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 27, according to officials, who reported he may be headed to the 1000 block of Bennett Place about 1 mile from there.
