Initial project list 1. Shovel dirt & rake smooth to facilitate grass growth 2. Replace LED 12V color light in pool 3. Install new child safety gate latch on fence 4. Repair or replace gutters in backyard patio area 5. Repair or replace backyard hose spigots with easy turn handles 6. Remove rust from driveway & house from sprinkler overspray 7. Spray roof cleaner on east-facing roof 8. Repair sprinkler heads to ensure coverage and no overspray 9. Remove water stains from house windows 10. Repair or replace travertine tile/pavers outside 11. Build a concrete backyard walkway or use travertine pavers to match\ 12. Repair metal fencing $20 an hour (firm) with your own tools/truck. 40 hours a week. $800 a week. No companies please.
