Supervisor may be assigned in one or more of the following areas and is expected to perform various combinations of these responsibilities. Valid driver's license required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: I. Supervise workers with job knowledge required to operate the following: a dump truck, a bucket truck, a big tractor, any mower machine, weed eaters, blowers, etc. 2. This position requires a job knowledge of the other positions' experiences, such as labor, gardener, and machine operator. Must supervise all the staff on his group in terms of productivity, quality, quantity, safety, dependability and communication. 3. Complete assignments in allotted time, seek guidance when obstacles to performance arise; start work promptly as schedule, stay productive until scheduled ending time; routinely takes additional assignments. 4. Can be counted on to carry out instructions and fulfill position's responsibilities; reports to work on scheduled days on scheduled time; uses proper call-in procedures if late or absent; respond to schedule changes in a reliable manner. 5. Keep lines of communication with supervisor and manager and demonstrates good listening skills; share information with other employers. 6.
