Looking for a part-time Ranch Keeper / Farmer. Schedule: - Monday - Friday - Hours may vary between: 7am/9am-12pm/3pm (depending on tasks). - Part-time: On average 4 hours a day / 20 hours a week. Compensation: $20/hour. Experience Wanted: - Basic maintenance work / Basic Handyman skills: has knowledge and experience using power tools. *Required* - Has knowledge of agriculture work, tropical plant care, experience growing/planting crops is *Preferred** or has the desire to study and practice. - Comfortable using Lawn Mowing equipment. - Comfortable working with animals. Including but not limited to: Chickens, Goats, and Horses. *Experience not necessary, but ready to learn.* - Comfortable and able to work outdoors and in the sun. - Capable to lift, pull or push 60lbs at minimum. Job Description: - Working with Hens & a Chicken Coop: • feeding/watering every other day • collecting eggs 2x a day • cleaning chicken coop daily (all chicken tasks will be trained). - Caring for Tropical Trees and Nursery on a daily basis. - Occasional Lawn maintenance, as assigned. - Other Miscellaneous tasks that are assigned, such as handyman work.
