Press release from the City of Littleton: September 25, 2021 Yesterday, at 3:45 p.m. the Brighton Police Department received information that the possible suspect from the Littleton Officer-Involved Shooting was in a home at the 1100 block of 27th Avenue. At around 10:40 p.m. the Brighton police department, along with several other agencies, were able to take 33-year-old Rigoberto Valles Dominguez into custody without incident. Dominguez has been placed under arrest for the attempted murder of two Littleton Police Officers, Officer David Snook and Corporal Jeff Farmer. The Littleton Police Department would like to thank Adams County, the cities of Aurora and Brighton, and partners with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for their tireless work and support in this case.
