Lost aqua 2 lb weight Sat 9/25 at Breakwater/San Carlos Beach Park

A kind woman in a red and black drysuit (I believe) who may have been leading a group out of the water at around 2 or 3pm took my 2lb weight as I was coming in and she was coming out as I overweighted. She said she would keep it with their stuff on a silver tarp. However when we came out of the water 45 minutes later, she and her tarp were gone.
