We're looking to add an experienced carpet and tile cleaning technician to our team. We offer excellent compensation, quality equipment and vehicles and lots of autonomy. We’re a local high quality carpet cleaning company who provides exceptional customer experiences. Our technicians clean carpet, upholstery and tile and grout. We also offer carpet stretching and repair as well as water restoration services so we’re always looking for those skills as well. We service primarily residential customers in and around sacramento,El dorado,placer counties with some commercial customers too. You’ll primarily work by yourself. Arriving at the shop each day, you'll have your jobs to complete. You'll be responsible for driving between scheduled appointments, meeting customers in their homes and places of business. You will have a high degree of personal responsibility and won't be micromanaged, however expect to be held to a high standard of quality. We clean carpet and tile very thoroughly right and expect our technicians to take their time and do exceptional work. We service a lot of high end accounts. If you're motivated and know what you're doing, you'll do very well here and you'll receive job flexibility and respect. - Our technicians average over $30 hr. Top performers consistently exceed $35/hr. - Primarily 5 day work weeks with flexible scheduling. We’re closed on Sunday. - Part time work available. - Top of the line equipment and the best solutions to make it easy for you to succeed. Requirements - Experience professionally cleaning carpets and running truck mounted and portable machines - Clean cut and professional - Friendly, hard working and polite. You’ll be meeting with customers, answering their questions, and working in their homes and businesses. - Able to perform physical work and some periodic lifting over 50 lbs. - A clean driving record (background checks performed) Additional Desired Skills - IICRC Certifications - Carpet stretching / carpet repair skills - Water restoration skills
