Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 09/28/2021 4:17 AM 9/27/21 2021-2723, Battery: On 9/27/21 at 2:22 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 200 block of Caterpillar Drive for a report of a battery. The incident is under investigation. 2021-2723, Battery: 2021-2729, Criminal Trespass to Property: On 09/28/21 at 12:47 a.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 1000 block of Route 30, Oswego Township for a report of criminal trespass to property.  Kyle Burnett, a homeless, 33-year-old male, was taken into custody for criminal trespass to property.  Burnett was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
