NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Daronte Branch, 25, of Chase Street in Nashua on three felony counts of sales of a controlled drug-fentanyl on Jan. 12, Jan. 15, and Jan. 21, and two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl on May 10 and June 24 in Nashua. Daniel Brodeur, 58, of Bartemus Trail in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties-habitual offender charge from Spring Street in Nashua on May 30. Cassidy Brown, 24, of Ridgefield Drive in Milford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-LSD charge on Oct. 5, 2020, in Milford. Juan Carlos Bueno, 23, of East Pleasant Avenue in Maywood, New Jersey, on three felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of sending videos of a child engaging in sexual activity to a police detective posing as an underage teenager on Sept. 21, 2020, and Jan. 11 in Nashua. Wayne Campbell, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on March 4, 2018, in Nashua. Brian Clark, 30, of Elaine Street in Hudson on possession of zolpidem tartrate and possession of alprazolam charges, both felonies, on July 29 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Nashua District Court in December 2014. Adam Costa, 21, of Ganley Drive in Salem on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges as well as a single misdemeanor sexual assault charge. He was accused of sexually assaulting a girl and forcing her to touch him on Dec. 14, and Dec. 23, 2019, in Pelham. Mark Cramer, 63, of Acton Court in Greenville on three felony domestic violence and three misdemeanor criminal threatening charges. He was accused of threatening to choke, rape, and kill an intimate partner, while using a belt, on June 13 in Greenville. Jorge Medina Velazquez, 27, of Commercial Street in Nashua on a criminal liability to sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and parafluorofentanyl and three counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and parafluorofentanyl, all felonies, on March 26, April 5, and April 7. Gerard Michaud, 77, of Main Street in Brookline on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of trying to induce another person to not press charges by threatening to take the person out of his will or forfeiting airline tickets on Aug. 1, 2020, in Brookline. Nichole Moura, 28, of Dudley Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charge on Jan. 20 in Hudson. Jennifer Nocera, 48, of Pelham Street in Nashua on two felony identity fraud charges. She was accused of posing as a man to defraud Wayfair in an effort to obtain credit from them and defraud CareCredit to pay for vet services at All Pets Veterinary Hospital between May 20 and May 31, 2016, in Nashua.
