CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently. Nancy Allen, 69, of Hooksett Road in Hooksett on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charge after an incident in Hooksett on June 19. Miles A. Anderson, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 5 in Concord. Andrew M. Antognoni, 42, of Lufkin Road in Weare on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-drug sale; death resulting charge. He was accused of dispensing a drug to Careen Cardin that caused her death on March 13 in Hopkinton. David E. Austin, 25, of School Street in Loudon on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, at Walmart in Concord on Aug. 5. Curtis Ayer, 32, of Pembroke Road in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of stabbing another person in the back on July 13 at the homeless camp on the former Concord Drive-In site. He was accused of attempting to hot wire the engine of a 2001 Pontiac in Hooksett on June 25. Padraic R. Bean, 47, of West Side Road in North Conway on seven felony counts of domestic violence-violation of a protective order with a prior conviction. He was accused of calling and leaving voicemails, texting, and emailing a woman, who was a former intimate partner, in Webster between Dec. 23, 2020, and June 7. Collins, 50, of Elkins Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on March 9 in Franklin. Nickalye L. Merchant, 26, of no fixed address in Franklin, on a possession of meth charge on May 10 in Franklin. Jade S. Temple, 22, of Clark Road in Hillsboro on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, meth, and tramadol mix charge on Feb. 4 in Hooksett. Thomas J. Manley, 58, of West Bow Street in Franklin on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a Mercury Milan at speeds in excess of 90 mph during a police chase while there was a passenger in the car on May 24 in Franklin. Jessica Moses, 30, of West Bow Street in Franklin on possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, all felonies, on River Street in Franklin on April 14. Brian McKinney, 26, of Bourque Street in Somersworth on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on May 26 in Allenstown.
