I'm looking for run-down looking houses in Birmingham and its surroundings, and I will pay you up to $2400 per month to find them. Your job is to find 50 to 100 houses per day that meet the following criteria (very easy for you to do in the neighborhoods I will assign): Examples of houses that you would look for: Stuffed-full mailbox Broken or boarded up windows Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters Visually in bad shape Tall grass/Unkept yard Peeled off paint Handicap ramp Window Unit Air Conditioners Hasn't been sold in the last year (I'll give you an app to be able to tell) I'll give you a specific neighborhood to drive. You'll be able to find 100+ houses in these neighborhoods daily over the next week, and I'll pay you $14 per hour, as long as you find 12 of these houses per hour. If you could find more I'll even raise the hourly pay. You may work any time on your own schedule but its best when there's enough light outside.
