We are currently seeking an experienced quality control inspector for Mount Juliet,TN. ABOUT THE JOB: The Quality Control Specialist inspects the ongoing quality and completion of commercial services. Assures that the quality of the work meets or exceeds the project’s contractual requirements and helps lead the culture of quality on the job site. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Oversee jobs to ensure a quality inspection -Complete final inspections to confirm quality completion of job -Resolve issues by documenting and taking photos to submit to work order specialist -Follow through with subcontractors to ensure work orders are completed within expected time frame and meets customer expectations -Respond to requests from internal sources as needed -Work within the required safety guidelines QUALIFICATIONS: -Able to carry a ladder and climb on the roof -Able to Travel -Must have commercial roofing experience/roofing experience Other qualifications include : -Computer and communications skills -Pass a drug screen Travel is a must for this position. Pay is negotiable, based on experience. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO QUALIFY
