McGowan, 61, of the 3100 block of Falling Waters Lane, Lindenhurst, is accused of having a warrant for criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept 20 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $20,000 and McGowan was assigned a court date of Oct. 5. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE Kelsey E. Kaminski, 34, of the 200 block of Briar Lane, Lindenhurst, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of a crash, resisting arrest, and was arrested Sept. 20 in the 36000 block of Route 45, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and Kaminski was assigned a court date of Nov. 3. Todd J. Farguhar, 31, of the 28000 block of Belden Avenue, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 24 in Unincorporated Spring Grove. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 29. Anirban Ghosh, 45, of the 2200 block of Miramar Lane, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Sept. 25 at Route 53 and Robert Park Coffin Road, Long Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and Ghosh was assigned a court date of Nov. 3. James P. Moran, 43 of the 21900 block of W. Gelden Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and was arrested Sept. 25 at Routes 59 and 132, Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 10. Markie M. Donnellan, 34, of Menasha, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 26 in the 41600 block of N. Dot Place, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $25,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 30. Shaniqua A. Thomas, 27, of the 1400 block of Hainesville Road, Round Lake Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (91 mph in a 40 mph zone), open transportation of alcohol, reckless driving, and was arrested Sept. 26 at Sheridan Road and Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 3. BATTERY Eric. R. Studdard, 36, of the 37400 block of W. Park Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for battery, and was arrested Sept. 20 in Lake Villa. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 5. Rachel L. Sterr, 20, of the 2300 block of Westminster Street, Wheaton, is accused of battery, and was arrested Sept. 21 in the 25400 block of W. Cedar Crest Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 18. CONTEMPT OF COURT Eduardo Ortega, 30, of the 7100 block of Wood Street, Chicago, is accused of having a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested Sept. 21 in the 0-100 block of N. County Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $4,519.98 ad he was assigned a court date of Sept. 29. LAST WEEK: Man Accused Of Criminal Sexual Assault, $3M Bail Set DISORDERLY CONDUCT Samuel Gil, 27, of the 34000 block of NS Circle Drive, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested Sept. 22 in the 0-100 block of Cedar Avenue, Lake Villa. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 25. DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED Kelly A. Tafel, 44, of the 5100 block of Patton Drive, Wonder Lake, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license suspended, theft, and was arrested Sept. 23 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $80,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report. RETAIL THEFT Richard Tomassetti, 57, of the 2000 block of Comanche Trail, Round Lake Beach, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested Sept. 23 in the 2700 block of Hartigan Road, Ingleside. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept 30. OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION Alexandria M. Perez, 27, of the 2700 block of 17th Street, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for obstructing identification, and was arrested Sept. 23 in the Zion. She was issued a new court date for Oct. 7. ATTEMPTED DELIVERY OF CANNABIS Ruben A. Lagunas, 20, of the 26700 block of N. Long Meadow, Circle, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of having a warrant for attempted delivery of cannabis, and was arrested Sept. 23 in Unincorporated Mundelein. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 25.
