Need Moving Help

I have a veteran living in a two bedrom apartment Moving from downtown mesa to about 5 blocks to another apartment, from first level apartment to 2nd level apartment, need to move in 1 day, was homeless, limited furniture about 8 pieces, small couch tables to a bed. We could almost move everything ourselves (its that limited) but I am disabled and cannot help him move anything. What would be an estimate to move him.
