About 4:45 9/28 we were in line getting gas. You were tall, black hair, black mask, white (?) shirt with olive work pants and black shoes. I’m guessing you were going to work lol?

I was the guy behind you in line in the navy work pants and shirt. I just got off work myself and must’ve looked a mess. We didn’t interact because I wasn’t sure how to approach you and didn’t want to be a creep.
