Operations & Marketing Associate We are looking for an entry-level Operations Associate to join our merry team of mobility-loving geeks in Carpinteria. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get hands-on experience in a startup. This is a mixed-responsibility position with roles split between customer acquisition and order fulfillment. QUALIFICATIONS All candidates must have: A High School Diploma A valid US drivers license Fluency in English A willingness to perform work in a warehouse environment A polite, personable and attentive attitude Comfortable lifting heavy weights up to 75 lbs Ideal candidates possess: Strong attention to detail Experience in working with brand ambassadors/influencers Extensive e-commerce sales experience Educational background in Kinesiology & Physiology RESPONSIBILITIES Support operations team on a variety of tasks and projects as required Work with the Brazyn team to build out brand ambassador network Accurately pick, pack and ship daily orders and inbounds Maintain accurate records for shipping schedules, maintenance & inventory levels Perform quality control on inventory Follow direction from management and adhere to all company policies and procedures Operate order management systems This is a part-time position from 1PM to 4PM Monday-Friday. Hours can be flexible or as needed by the Brazyn team.
