I am looking to open an eatery in a great space and prime location in Keene. The goal is to share and sublease with one or two food vendors. Each vendor would create their own kitchen 'stall' or hub/space and have their own unique business name. Each sub-leased stall is 500 square feet for $1100/month rent plus your share of dedicated utility services. Seating area is 500 square feet which is included in the costs of the rent and bathroom facility shared. You must have liability insurance for your business.
Other option is to have one other vendor and rent is $1500 for 1000 Square feet plus utilities.
