The ideal candidate must have experience in Xactimate estimating is a MOST, disaster restoration (water, fire and mold damage). We are looking for someone with leadership or with military background is a plus. Proven and effective management skills, Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple jobs. Ability to maintain a positive attitude with a high level of personal pride and professionalism. The applicant should be organized, self-starting, reliable, and flexible; customer-service oriented and should be proficient on the computer, quickly able to learn new software programs. **Most be computer literate and able to learn new software. Applied structural drying certified with Commercial restoration and/or construction experience. General project management skills: the ability to show leadership, accountability, communicate, solve problems, self-motivate, create and maintain schedules, multitask, and organize. · Valid driver's license is necessary. · No criminal record. · Background check and drug test will be required. · Able to communicate with others. . Must be willing to travel and respond to 24/7 emergency demands. · Able to lift 50+ lbs.
