Seeking handyman to rehab mobile homes. Ideally you are a self starter who can work independently without supervision and have the agility to perform various tasks listed below.
Replacing sheetrock and applying joint compound.
Able to perform spot replacement in subfloor
Minor plumbing retrofits, new faucet and toilet guts to name a couple.
Tear out old carpet and install new vinyl flooring
Spot seal roof leaks
Prime and paint
Insulation replacement
Door replacement
Siding repair
Your own reliable transportation is a must. Drug testing is performed before you start and will continue randomly.
