Frankie was last seen on a neighbors security camera at 10:44pm at the end of Valley View Drive, directly above Stadium Way in Echo Park, 20 minutes after the Dodgers/Diamondbacks game ended, so there is a very good chance she was picked up by someone on Stadium Way after the game. Thanks to countless donations, the reward for Frankie's safe return is now over $30,000! No questions asked, no police involvement.
