CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR NEEDED TO PULL PERMIT ON RENTAL

Hello, I had my garage professionally converted 3 years ago into an "Accessory Dwelling Unit" by a licensed/bonded contractor who had recently passed away. Unfortunately, at this time, I am now unable to have permits pulled from the contractor because he has since passed away and I am now seeking a contractor who would be willing to "pull permits" so as to continue the process of permitting this with the city of Chula Vista so that I can finally move my Mom in the unit. The unit is immaculate and all work was done with precision expertise. I have 100's of photos of the process while the work was being done. So far, ALL plans (including engineering, electrical, plumbing, etc.) have been approved. I just need a contractor who is willing to come take a look at the unit along with plans and photos and be willing to pull permits so that I may move my Mom in here legally. I will pay all fees required for the permitting process and am willing to pay the contractor for his/her time too. This is a win/win proposition for any contractor looking to make a pretty good payout by simply helping by pulling permits for me.
