I already removed the popcorn from my Pop's small condo ceilings. We also applied some joint compound to seams and other imperfections. Now we're at the crossroads of creating a new more subtle ceiling texture & the perfectionist in me doesn't want to mess it up. My Pop's at the VA recovering from a Hip Replacement & I thought I could get it done b4 he came home, but I need help. I haven't worked in some time so I can only afford $250 (I already have the paint & I can use my cc to buy other needed supplies at Home Depot. Areas needing the ceiling texture & paint: the 1 Bedroom, Living Rm & Dining area.
