Warehouse Worker /Delivery Driver Personal Qualities: • High Level of Commitment to the Customer • Open and Honest Communication • Outgoing • Self Motivated • Organized • Capable Written and Oral Communication • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving • Take Pride in Their Work • Team Player Job Description: The Warehouse Worker/Delivery driver is responsible for coordinating and participating in the ordering, receipt, storage, loading/unloading, delivery and inventory of materials and equipment for the smooth running of multiple projects state-wide. Responsible for specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses; maintaining and organizing warehouse; and ensuring safe operation of company vehicles Essential Functions: • Maintain and clean warehouse as assigned for the purpose of keeping them in orderly, clean and safe condition • Stock materials and equipment for the purpose of maintaining required inventory levels • Order materials to maintain required inventory levels • Receive stock and non-stock items ensuring quantity and quality of orders are correct and/or not damaged • Prepares orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements • Load delivery vehicle for the purpose of ensuring all items and supplies are properly secured • Drives vehicles for purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated sites State-wide • Unloads items for purpose of distributing shipment to assigned site locations and/or individuals • Conducts and participates in physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock & identifying losses • Maintains vehicles (e.g. checking fluid levels, fueling, cleaning, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safe operation of vehicles Other Functions: • Maintenance of office space in regards to changing light bulbs on request. • Assist other personnel as may be required to support them in the completion of their work activities Working Environment • Significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, frequent climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching. Generally job requires 35% sitting, 20% walking, 45% standing
