Metal guitarist looking for amateur bandmates

Primarily into metal but also dig EDM, k-pop, pop, rock so I would be okay with trying to create a diverse set of songs. Primarily consider myself a rhythm guitarist and looking for bandmates who are like me, an amateur, or looking to join their first band. I just ask you to be dedicated and hardworking (within reason). I don't necessarily care about your age but would prefer you be around my age (24) but if not then that's fine. I hope for you to be reasonably okay at your instrument meaning you didn't just buy a bass guitar last week but maybe you practice somewhat infrequently or play with a lot of mistakes. That stuff can be rectified with regular practice. I'm unable to host practice at my place but would be okay with pooling money for a practice room somewhere. I would like to create music instead of playing covers with the goal of performing live and if it turns into a career then great, let's just see where it goes.
