AUDITIONS FOR BAND MEMBERS

I am currently looking to form my band. I am looking for a drummer, lead guitar, bass, fiddle etc. I currently have a record producer that lives in GA but I am speaking with a record producer that is local. I am a independent country recording artist. I have been nominated for 5 awards. 2 with ISSA (International singer songwriter association) 2 with fairplay country music and 1 with Josie Music Awards. I'm looking for a band that is solid and all about being a team. Have to be able to travel for awards shows etc. ISSA awards and Josie are in the US. Josie awards are always held in Tennessee, usually in Dollywood, but this year they had it at the Country Tonight Theatre in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. I do not want a fly by band. I need a team that is going to stick with this. I write my own music, but I like to perform covers as well, but because I write my own music doesn't mean that I don't want my band to be included. It's a team effort, if soemone doesn't want to be a part of the writing, that is fine, but I am absolutely up for their opinions. I know a lot of bands there are members that can't write a song, that's ok. My music is on all major musical platforms. I am registered with BMI, where my songs are registered as well. I'm with Country Roads Records which is for Indpendent Artists. The CEO is always watching out and leading all us independent artists on the right path. I have my own merch, which will change once my band is together. It will be a team design. Country Roads records partners with outlaw music. if we have a design, logo or brand there is $0 dollars up front from us. all orders, products, printing and shopping are taken care of and the band together sets the price. The payouts happen monthly. Radio stations that are associated with Country Roads Records Label is WBCW Network, Blackdog Morning Show, Big Giant Radio, just to name a few. This is an exciting time right now for me, and I need my band to complete it and follow me together on this journey!!!
