Headquarters in Valley Village, with offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County and East Bay Duties and responsibilities Travelling to multiple job sites per day May communicate with customers, workers, and city planners Conduct physical site surveys using a variety of equipment and tools - additional training will be provided if needed Prepare sketches and notes, and perform electronic data collection Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites Climbing on roofs using safety equipment Must know how to measure roof and roof obstructions Prepare site surveying documents and present findings to team Take pictures of all aspects of the job site as instructed Fill out survey form completely and accurately Report any abnormalities that should be considered in order to complete scope of work listed Work independently with little direction Easily and quickly responding to changing assignments, work settings and priorities Analyzing and solving problems logically Drawing out subjects through incisive questioning Keeping accurate and up-to-date records Perform simple solar QA if needed (swap optimizer, swap faulty inverter) - additional training will be provided if needed Train customers on how to turn solar system on and off Install and activate monitoring device for solar system - additional training will be provided if needed Install curb monitoring unit (hardwire monitoring unit) - additional training will be provided if needed Qualifications Customer service skills 2 Years knowledge and comprehension of Solar/Electrical.(MUST) Past solar installation experience (preferred) Aptitude for applying mathematical principles to solve problems is necessary. Great attention to detail Great speaking skills to communicate information to members of your team and your clients. Time management Great organization and leadership skills Ability to prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks to maximize effort and meet deadlines Must have a valid CA Driver’s License.
