High end multi-tenant commercial office building is seeking a full-time parking attendant/property supervisor in Westlake Village, California. We are looking for an honest, reliable, personable, friendly person who can work with little supervision. The main responsibility is to oversee the parking area and manage the tandem parking. The additional responsibilities include supervising the janitorial and landscaping work and other standard repairs and maintenance items. This person is an ambassador for our firm, and so must work hard to ensure the tenants feel safe, secure and well taken care of. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, and standard vacation pay.
