I'm a ceramic artist, setting up a studio in the Sullivan Gulch area and will have extra space available to share with another ceramic craftsperson. Space is 1,300 sq ft in an industrial building with 24/7 access, safe/secure and freight elevator. Will have Skutt 1027 and small test fire kiln. I have 25+ years experience in clay, very clean, practice shop safety in all aspects of work, and fire at low temperatures. Rent will be determined on how much space you need and kiln usage.
