I have a professional Rehearsal studio at my home. It’s a freestanding building in the backyard that acoustically treated and sound proofed. I use the space in the evenings but I’d like to rent it during the day. Anytime from morning up until 5pm. Space is great for bands, Solo practice, podcasting, or Anything else you need a quiet and spacious room. Drum kit available to use. Guitar amp, bass amp, and keyboards also available if needed. Full PA and mixer with 4 vocal mics and stands. $25 per hour with discount for regular rentals. Email or text me to come check out the space and set some thing up.
