The job will pay $20 per hour based on verifiable experience and good references. General duties: Primary Duties: · Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the clubhouse, buildings, grounds and equipment. · Perform routine preventive maintenance to mechanical systems, building systems, and buildings. · Inspect, operate, or test mechanical systems or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. · Assist in providing minor grounds keeping services, such as seeding patches, replacing/adjusting sprinkler heads, aerating dead patches. (Most landscaping and snow removal is done an outside company.) · Paint and power wash areas when needed. · Minor plumbing repairs and installations. · Order parts, supplies, and equipment from websites/catalogs and suppliers, as needed. · Use common hand and power tools, such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches, to perform repairs. · Estimate repair costs for small jobs. Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate will have skills in all areas of maintenance including air condition, building maintenance, electrical, grounds keeping, cleaning, heating, plumbing, and mechanical. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a building/property maintenance or handyman role. · Strong problem solving and follow up skills. · Excellent oral, and written communication skills. · Basic administrative skills, such as using email and internet research for finding parts and placing orders.
