Since LBJs Great Society of Welfare Democrats have become administrative poverty pimps which is why today they're flooding the US with dependent illegals that have to rely on government programs for their survival for decades to come. The overwhelming majority of illegals can only perform low paying manual labor jobs being uneducated and can't even speak English. The motto of the Democrats is poverty equals power...for themselves.
