Major General Contractor in Multi-Housing/Apartment Renovations and Commercial Projects is looking for additional Subcontractors to begin work immediately. New long-term projects are beginning around Gaithersburg, Washington DC, Northern VA & Baltimore areas, performing interior apartment renovations & commercial construction. Our clientele includes the finest Property Management, Investment Groups & Business Development Companies in the Mid-Atlantic. We have 45+ direct full-time employees and a host of reliable Subcontractors. We are currently looking for additional Turnkey Subcontractors for an increased long-term workload in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for Subs with experience in Kitchens, Bathrooms, Doors, Trim, Interior Framing, Finish work, etc., for year-round indoor work with no rainouts. We are currently interviewing and hiring for different locations! Backgrounds in fire restoration and apartment renovations are usually the best fit. Subcontractors must have a valid Business License, Workers Compensation, Liability, and All Autos Insurance coverages.
