We are a family-owned and run property management company with a handful of units in Great Falls (and growing!) looking for a contractor to support us as we grow. There is ongoing work that needs to be done but in the more immediate (aiming for middle to end of October) is a couple of weeks' worth of work to start. The projects include: Repair small areas in lath and plaster Paint all interior rooms Paint and caulk interior and exterior of window sills Remove and replace kitchen base and sink Caulk and fill in foundation cracks Install keyed door code locks Oversee electrical upgrade completion Oversee carpet installation on stairs (unless you want to bid on this) We'd prefer to work with someone on project-based pricing. We can handle buying all materials, etc. as well - but realize everyone is different on how they like to handle this. What we are really looking for is a long-term partner to help us grow and provide a certain level of consistent work. Please shoot me an email or text so that we can go from there.
