Residential Construction Assistant Foreman needed for a large scale apartment complex renovation. (3 to 4 month project) -Must be bilingual (spanish and english) -interior renovation experience -valid driver's license and truck needed -willing to help out and get your hands dirty Job duties will be, but not limited to; -supervising different job crews -confirming quality and completion of work -supervise and drive materials from storage to units -supervise and drive garbage from units to dumpsters -assist with material inventory -keep jobsite clean
