This janitorial position will be in a cold environment. Candidate must be comfortable and able to work in/withstand a cold environment. The following are cleaning service tasks that are to be completed daily depending on your role: Inspect all public lavatories per shift for cleanliness and maintenance of an adequate supply of toiletries for replenishment of soap, hand towels, toilet paper, sanitary products, toilet seat covers. Clean mirrors, wipe down sinks and toilets, and remove dirt, stains, trash. Public areas are to be continuously policed and picked up throughout the day. Ensure building entrances appear neat and orderly at all times. Pick up trash as required/requested, including cigarette butts. Perform all assigned cleaning tasks. Clean interior and exterior surfaces of lobby windows, windowsills, and doors. Check and vacuum elevator cabs and clean all doors, buttons, and interior walls. Police the assigned exterior perimeter of building to ensure the area is in a neat and orderly condition. Candidate must have a reasonable level of fitness, be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Must be aware of health and safety procedures, able to work alone and in a team, able to manage time effectively, and following instructions. Clean background and drug screen are required.
