Starting Pay $30/hour - Need one Experienced, Skilled Tree Climber (Arborist) to join our team at TLC Tree & Lawn Care of Fort Collins. 4-5 days a week - Monday - Friday Great pay, people & perks Starting pay is $30/hour with bonuses available Needed Experience: 2 years of experience as groundsman and/or climber 1 year (minimum) of climbing and arborist experience in trees Expected Qualifications * Skilled in preferred climbing & pruning methods (ISA) * Remove trees safely & efficiently * Leader - can give directions & multitask * Communication - able to speak with clients & train others on our team * Sales - will recommend additional work needed to client and neighbors (potential clients) Desired Qualifications * ISA certification preferred but not required (higher pay will be offered if you have ISA) * Bucket Truck experience would be great too, but also not required. 2 References will be required This is an amazing opportunity to help our business grow and become part of the leadership core in the future.
