Opportunity: We need a “go-getter” and “Jack of all Trades” who is interested in learning the service side of van business, and willing to work hard and do what it takes to ensure success in this role. This position consists of working primarily in the service bay completing 1-3 day projects. We seek someone who is willing to work hard and grow with the business. This is a great opportunity to learn and advance in the van upfitter industry for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Customer service and interface. You will be receiving vans and interfacing with clients about expectations of projects. Documentation of work orders and creating invoices through Quickbooks. Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment Practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers. Window, fan, insulation, paneling, flooring, L-Track, cabinetry, furnace and electrical installation. Exterior upgrade installations; bumpers, winches, ladders, racks etc. Webasto furnace diagnosis and installation. Maintain a clean working environment Qualifications: Van Building experience necessary!!! Skilled with power tools and ability to navigate shop environment Strong multi-tasker, result driven, collaborative, inquisitive and creative individual with a strong work ethic Interest in understanding the process and a willingness to bring new ideas and efficiencies to each task While performing the tasks and duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly Job Type: Full-Time Pay: DOE $15-20 per hour Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Authorization: United States (Required) Schedule: Monday-Thursday Day Shift 10 hr shift 7:30A-6:00P
